Refund Policy

At ACM Law Group, we strive to provide high-quality legal consultations. We understand that scheduling conflicts and unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Consultation Fees

All consultation fees are due at the time of booking. Fees cover the attorney’s time, expertise, and any preliminary review of materials provided.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

More than 48 hours before the appointment: Clients who cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
24-48 hours before the appointment: Clients who cancel within this window may reschedule once without penalty.
Less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-show: No refunds will be issued. However, clients may reschedule once at the attorney’s discretion.

3. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule their consultation one time at no additional cost, provided they give at least 24 hours' notice. Additional rescheduling requests may require a new booking.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, refunds may be granted at the firm’s discretion.
